Basil Boutakis
C.E.O / General Manager of Operations
As Chief Operations Manager, Basil supervises the
day-to-day operations of Andrejs Management. With
over 35 years of experience in construction and
mechanical fields, Basil is responsible for all
field operations and is a liaison between the
property managers and contractors on all aspects of
contract negotiations and project management. His
expertise has been a key asset to the corporations
and Andrejs Management. Basil is customer focused
with strong interpersonal skills. He is experienced
in tendering and negotiating agreements, developing
policies and procedures, developing and implementing
training programs and reference manuals, building
sciences, contract specifications, and project
supervision, including effective operational and
control procedures and new portfolio operations.
Basil’s innovative side and knowledge of market
trends enable him to devise marketing and sales
business solutions that empower our team and support
our organization.

Peter Dubyk, BPE, RCM, ACCI
President
As Executive Vice President of Hendler Dubyk &
Associates Inc., Peter was responsible for all day
to day operations including marketing, staff
training and development, policies and procedures,
contract formulation and negotiation, administration
and assisted in budgeting.
Peter was employed with Bramalea Limited for over
nine years where he began as Property Manager for
their largest residential portfolio and advanced to
the position of General Manager in 1989. As General
Manager, Peter had the responsibility for all day to
day operations for the Division which included staff
training and development, contract negotiation,
budget control, procedures, etc. Prior to joining
Bramalea in September 1984, Peter held the position
of Property Manager with Shelter Corporation. His
experience spans over 20 years in the management of
residential properties

Richard BeGole, BA, MBA
Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer
Richard BeGole has been involved in the condominium
management industry for twenty-five years. Richard
has a Master Degree from Harvard University, and
ensures that Andrejs Management's financial programs
and reporting format are at par with any large
commercial corporation. It is comforting to know
that the business aspect of your condominium
corporation is being managed in a manner that
enhances your investment. Prior to joining Andrejs
Management, Richard was President of a 500-unit
condominium complex for 10 years and therefore has
an insight from both sides.

Esther Farrar
Controller
Esther has over 16 years experience in accounting
which has included hands on experience in all facets
of condominium accounting. She has an excellent
rapport and reputation working with condominium
auditing firms and Boards of Directors. Esther is
responsible for the all accounting functions in our
offices and work with our Boards and Property
Managers in the completion of corporation budgets.
