VOLUME PURCHASING POWER
We have introduced programs and cost saving measures to maximize the value of the services received by the Corporation. Andrejs has approached their suppliers and have asked them look at ways to reduce costs for our clients. To date, we have introduced the following to achieve this objective.

MECHANICAL AND FIRE INSPECTION CONTRACTS
Based on Andrejs volume of H.V.A.C. and fire inspection contracts, discounts ranging from 2% to 10%, depending on the volume of business, are either taken off the invoices or refunded from the supplier.

DIRECT PURCHASE OF NATURAL GAS
Andrejs will act as your Agent and through it's Broker buy and sell gas at prices that are competitive with other third party agents when market conditions are favourable.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER
Unit Owners can pay their common element charges using a Pre-Authorized Payment Program. We are on line with the Bank of Nova Scotia and The Royal Bank downloading the information from our computer system to the banks. We are offering the service at discounted rates.

ELEVATOR CONTRACT
With the number of elevator cars in buildings managed by Andrejs we have been able to arrange volume discounts from 10% - 15%.

EMPLOYEE GROUP BENEFITS
We are able to provide your employees with a Group Benefit Program at large group rates.

LIGHTING CONTRACT
All lighting supplies are purchased directly from a major supplier at prices negotiated under a special contract.

PAYROLL BANKING
Andrejs is on line with a major Payroll Service for all building employees. Savings are achieved because we perform all of the data input. One contract exists and the volume of all of the building employees on the system determines payroll cheque processing charges.

PREFERRED BANKING ARRANGEMENTS
Each Corporation's Operating Account receives interest below the Prime Rate on the average daily balance and there are no service charges on the account.
